BIOS Training Visit to NINA in April

In the period from April 20 to April 24, members of the SONATA team, Dr Maria Kireeva, Dr Mirjana Radulović, and Sandra Jovanović, conducted a study visit to the NINA Institute in Norway.

The main focus of the visit was on the activities within the Case Study 2, with particular emphasis on the development of the “Jaraši” Living Lab, as well as on the topics related to phenological mapping and the application of drone technology.

During the visit, the activities carried out so far withing the “Jaraši” Living Lab were presented, including the Opening of the Living Lab and the meeting with key stakeholders. In addition to completed activities, plans for further work were outlined. This improved planning of future activities in line with the recommendations provided by the NINA team.

Additionally, on April 21, representatives of both institutions jointly participated in SONATA consortium meeting.
