Knowledge and Practice Exchange: BIOS Team at FIHAC

As part of the WP4 knowledge transfer activities, the BIOS team visited FIHAC in Santander. The project coordinator, Dr. Tijana Nikolić Lugonja, together with Aleksandra Gašić Čolić and Ivana Pejović, had the opportunity to learn about the excellent organization and transparent practices of the host institution.

The visit covered a wide range of topics, including HR structures and career planning, communication strategies, visual identity, and EU project management. Each session provided valuable insights that will support SONATA in streamlining project management procedures at BIOS, with the aim of reducing administrative workload and creating more space for research and innovation.

In addition to the training sessions, the team visited the Santander coast, making the experience both professionally enriching and personally memorable.
